Did 'Anonymous' Hacker Group Hack the NYSE?

There is a report that the hacker group 'Anonymous' has tweeted out Tues night that there would be a disruption in the markets.
The official media position is there has not. Turn on the TV: nothing.
So how did Anonomous have this on their twitter account on Tuesday night?
