Keep on your toes, we are gonna bleed some more. Unless of course China does a mid-course correction tonight by making an announcement of some sort regarding their currency or markets. But everything being everything, look out tomorrow. Dont get into anything new, any long projects, decide to try out a trading system, purchase some stock for the long run, none of that. You need to let this run out first. I expect this channel to continue into next week.
And remember, if you are looking for a great early morning gauge on what the markets are going to probably do in the first hour, look at the Asian markets from overnight, then 20 minutes before open, check out the US Dow futures and Nasdaq Futures. If they are low, then things tend to carry over after the actual market open, and the same is true for the reverse.
