Purchase IART Stock..no options

Outright purchase some IART stock. The options arent attractive, but the stock is, so Im buying some outright. I will explain why after I return from my doctor appt.
IART spun something off, and aquired two companies a few days ago and that strategically places it in a great place. As soon as people stop freaking out about the spin off, it should rise. Plus, owners of IART got shares of the new spin off.
